Job summary

Berwick Care is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, accurate voice for customers across the UK. You will own inquiries from start to finish, process orders, manage quotes and returns, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction.

The role is full-time and on-site at Stafford Park, Telford, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus with a professional approach.
• Experience using CRM systems to track interactions and orders.
• Well-organised with strong time management skills.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat; respond professionally and promptly.
• Process orders accurately; update customers on pricing, delivery dates and back orders.
• Prepare and issue quotes; assist with tender documentation and price comparisons.
• Handle complaints and returns professionally; identify root causes and escalate when needed.
• Aim to meet or exceed team KPIs including response times and call handling; manage workload effectively.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
