Job summary

greenbean is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an office-based role in Blackpool. This temporary, full-time position offers training and ongoing support in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues at first contact where possible, and updating records across multiple systems while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of contact centre experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong computer literacy across multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and support customers with a range of requests
• Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and service standards
• Accurately update customer records across multiple systems
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives
• Identify customer trends and feedback to support continuous service improvement
• Complete all mandatory training and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
