Job summary

greenbean is seeking a Glasgow-based Customer Service Advisor to join our busy contact centre on a temporary, full-time basis. The role is office-based with scheduled shifts and pays £13.45 per hour, with full training provided.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries, resolving queries at the first point of contact, and updating records across multiple systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of contact centre experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Professional, positive, customer-focused approach.
• Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with changing priorities and work patterns.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and support a range of requests.
• Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.
• Accurately update customer records across systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team objectives.
• Identify trends and feedback to support service improvements.
• Complete all mandatory training and adhere to policies.
