Job summary

GreenBean in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a temporary, full-time position in our busy contact centre. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound enquiries with a professional, friendly approach and delivering excellent service at every interaction.

You’ll update customer records across multiple systems, work closely with colleagues, and participate in all mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's contact centre experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Professional, positive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and support customers with a range of requests.
• Resolve customer queries at first point of contact where possible.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and service standards.
• Accurately update customer records across multiple systems.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
• Identify customer trends and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
• Complete all mandatory training and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
