GreenBean is seeking Temporary Customer Service Advisors to support a fast-paced, high-profile campaign launching in October at Gateshead contact centre. The role is short-term, 3 months, with a start date around 5 October and a pay rate of £12.94 per hour.

You'll handle inbound calls and emails, use multiple systems and dual screens, and provide friendly, professional service while adapting to campaign-specific processes. Full training provided.
