The University of Brighton is seeking an Ask Brighton Adviser to join the student enquiry service, the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. You will respond across face-to-face, online, telephone and email channels, providing information and guidance and helping students access the services they need.

You’ll connect students with specialist teams and work collaboratively across the University to support their journey.

Competenze

• Experience in customer-facing and administrative work.
• Confident and sensitive communication with diverse people.
• Willingness to work across campus locations (City, Moulsecoomb, Falmer).
