Arts University Bournemouth is looking for a motivated, student‑focused individual to join our Student Services team as a Student Adviser. As a frontline contact, you will provide a warm, professional service and help students access the information and guidance they need to thrive during their time at university.

The role covers financial support and bursaries, travel and transport, health and wellbeing, and contributes to the Access and Participation Plan.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and professional front-line service to students.
• Help students access information, guidance, and support they need to thrive at university.

• Support students with financial, travel, health and wellbeing matters as needed.
