Job summary

Bournemouth University is seeking an exceptional Student Recruitment Adviser to deliver outstanding customer service and support prospective students throughout their journey. You will respond to enquiries across channels, providing accurate information and building trust in BU.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to engage with a wide audience, and a commitment to delivering a positive student experience. Mon-Thu 09:00–17:00 and Fri 09:00–16:30, full-time, 12-month fixed-term.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and student experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with a diverse audience.
• Willingness to work fixed full-time pattern Mon-Thu 09:00–17:00 and Fri 09:00–16:30.

Responsibilities

• Respond proactively to enquiries from prospective students and other audiences.
• Communicate across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, social media, in person).
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to build confidence in BU.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of BU courses, entry requirements and the student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
