You will answer enquiries across multiple platforms – in person, by phone, and online; provide detailed information on admissions, fees and available courses; support our admissions team, ensuring applicants experience a smooth journey through our processes; and

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management.
• Flexible work approach, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries across multiple platforms – in person, by phone, and online.
