Job summary

The University of Brighton is seeking a proactive Ask Brighton Adviser to join the student enquiry service, the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. You will respond to enquiries across face-to-face, online, telephone and email channels, providing information and guidance to help students access services.

This full-time, permanent campus-based role is based across City Campus, Moulsecoomb and Falmer.

Qualifications

• Experience of customer-facing and administrative work.
• Confident and clear communication with diverse groups.
• Organised, adaptable and resourceful with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities
