A children's care service provider in Gloucester seeks a Registered Manager for a children's residential service. You will be the Registered Manager for a children’s home, overseeing a safe and nurturing environment for young people with emotional and behavioural or learning difficulty support needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Registered Manager who is looking for their next leadership challenge in a setting focused on positive outcomes
Homes are modern but homely with space for activities and play. A maximum of two children are cared for per home on a 2 to 1 staffing ratio
You will be supported by both an Assistant Manager and a Deputy Manager who both work full time supernumerary on site and will lead a team of directly employed staff. We are proud to confirm that we do not use any temporary agency staff across any of our homes
All of our children’s homes are Ofsted registered and currently hold a Good ratings

If you have at least 2 years of experience in the childrens residential care sector within the last 5 years and have held a leadership position as either a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager we would love to hear from you

You will receive comprehensive support from two Deputy Managers as well as our Responsible Individual Trevor and operational lead Mimi. You will also be supported by our in house Recruitment and Onboarding Team who ensure full staffing without any reliance on agency staff.
