Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical bias to lead the development, implementation and adoption of standardised offsite products in Leeds, with openness to other locations.

You will collaborate with central technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery teams to embed standards in designs and ensure on-site delivery. The role requires strong DFMA knowledge and BIM data management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills to drive change and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Develop and embed standardised offsite products across projects.
• Coordinate with BIM, design and project delivery to ensure adoption.
• Maintain product roadmap aligned with strategy and sector needs.
