Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead standardised offsite products. You will drive development, embedding products in designs, and work with technical, design, and delivery teams to ensure on-site adoption.

Leeds-based role with flexibility to other locations. You will champion DFMA, BIM processes, and cost-aware project delivery, shaping the roadmap for standardised solutions across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering (Revit libraries).
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, costing and programme impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and adoption of standardised offsite products.
• Coordinate with technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery teams.
• Embed standardised solutions in designs and ensure on-site delivery.
• Champion DFMA and design for manufacture and assembly principles.
• Maintain BIM library alignment and design collaboration.
