Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical/electrical bias to lead the development and adoption of standardised offsite products. Location is Leeds, with openness to other locations, and a competitive package including car allowance and flexible benefits.

You will collaborate across technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and delivery teams to embed standardised solutions in designs and ensure on-site delivery aligns with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering.

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Product Development: Identify and continuously improve standardised offsite products with project teams.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure products align with business strategy and roadmap.
• Design Collaboration: Work with designers to incorporate standardised products.
• BIM Coordination: Maintain standardised products within Revit library.
• Tender Solutions: Include standardised products in tender solutions and cost models.
• Project Support: Help teams adopt standardised products and address barriers.
• Feedback Loop: Capture learnings and expand the product suite.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends to enhance offerings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships to support development.
• Central Point of Contact: Facilitate communication and resolve challenges.
