Growthnext Stepsat seeks an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead standardised offsite products across the business. Location: Leeds, with openness to other locations, and a competitive package including car allowance and flexible benefits.

You will collaborate with technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and delivery teams to embed standardised solutions in designs and ensure on-site delivery aligns with the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and Revit data structures.

• Product Development: identify and improve standardised offsite products.
• Strategic Alignment: ensure products align with business strategy and needs.
• Design Collaboration: work with designers to embed standardised products.

• Tender Solutions: include standardised products in cost models.

• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships to support development.
• Central Point of Contact: facilitate communication and resolve challenges.
