Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead standardised offsite products across the business. Location in Leeds, with openness to other locations, and a clear drive to embed standardised solutions in designs and on-site delivery.

You will collaborate with design, estimating, and project delivery teams to align products with business strategy, while promoting DFMA and BIM integration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering (Revit libraries, data structures).
• Solid understanding of costing and programme impacts.
• Experience developing repeatable products or standard solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and adoption of standardised offsite products.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, project delivery teams.
• Maintain Revit library with standardised products.
• Ensure products align with strategy and market needs.
• Embed standardised solutions in designs and on-site delivery.
• Champion DFMA and cost-model integration.
