Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical/electrical bias to lead development, implementation and adoption of standardised offsite products. Location is Leeds, with openness to other locations, and a competitive package with car allowance and flexible benefits.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, estimating and project delivery to embed standardised solutions in designs and field execution, while promoting DFMA and BIM-enabled workflows

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Health and safety leadership across activities.
• Develop and improve standardised offsite products.
• Create and maintain a structured product roadmap.
• Collaborate with design, estimating and project delivery teams.
• Coordinate with BIM team to maintain Revit library for standardised products.
• Ensure standardised products are included in tender solutions and cost models.
• Support project teams in adopting standardised products and overcoming barriers.
• Capture learnings and expand the product suite.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance offerings.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support product development.
