Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat seeks an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead the development, implementation and adoption of standardised offsite products in Leeds, with openness to other locations. The role collaborates across technical, manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery to embed standardised solutions and ensure on-site delivery.

You will drive product development, maintain a structured roadmap, and champion DFMA, BIM processes and cost modelling

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA or standardisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with BIM processes and Revit libraries.
• Understanding of construction methods, costing and programmes.
• Experience developing repeatable products or standard solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety culture in all activities.
• Develop and embed standardised offsite products.
• Align products with business strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with designers to integrate standardised products.
• Promote DFMA principles and design for manufacture/assembly.
• Coordinate with BIM team for Revit library maintenance.
• Ensure standardised products appear in tenders and cost models.
• Support projects in adopting standardised products.
• Capture learnings and expand the product suite.
