This role involves overseeing marine operations for the Liverpool Bay CCS project, ensuring safety and efficiency. Candidates must hold a relevant engineering degree and have extensive experience in marine operations. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. This position is hybrid, requiring 8 days per month working from home.

Qualifications

• Must have a university degree related to engineering or science.
• Extensive experience in marine operations and offshore installation preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient marine operations.
• Coordinate with offshore supervisors and contractors during operations.
• Act as the first-response coordination point for emergencies.

Skills

University degree in an appropriate engineering or scientific discipline

Extensive industry experience in marine operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of challenges related to low-carbon energy
