Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of medium and large-scale engineering projects in the UK. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, logistics, and offshore support to achieve contractual, technical, commercial and operational objectives.

You will develop plans, manage risks, budgets, and milestones while leading multi-disciplinary teams. A background in offshore, energy, or manufacturing sectors and a UK driving licence are

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within engineering, offshore, energy, manufacturing or related technical environments.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate project execution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects, achieving objectives.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules and milestones while managing risks.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and progress updates.
