Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end engineering projects offshore and onshore in the energy sector. You will plan, coordinate, and control complex equipment projects, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to risk, change control, and continuous improvement across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore/manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including modification, testing, mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and project delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, develop project plans, and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership with team motivation and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects to meet objectives.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules, and milestones; manage risks and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore support.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and change control processes.
• Maintain compliance with contracts, governance, and financial controls.
• Escalate risks and issues as appropriate.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, offshore personnel.
• Support client meetings, reviews, and tender submissions.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery.
