Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to run end-to-end engineering projects both offshore and onshore. You will plan, mobilise resources, manage timelines, and coordinate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, testing, and offshore support.

You will control budgets, manage risks, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering to contractual and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have proven project management experience in engineering/offshore/manufacturing.
• Experience delivering complex equipment projects.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and develop project plans.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore support.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting; manage risks and changes.
• Support tender submissions and commercial feasibility reviews.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
