Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and offshore projects in the UK. You will drive plans, resources, schedules and milestones while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires substantial project management experience in engineering/offshore environments, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore/manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading complex equipment projects, including modification, testing, mobilisation, and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and related delivery needs.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules and milestones while managing risks and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore activities for seamless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reporting.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposal development.
