Adwell & Greene Accountants are seeking an Office Manager and EA to the Managing Director to join their growing accountancy practice.

Company Description

Adwell & Greene Accountants is a boutique accountancy firm and trustee company located in Gray's Inn Square, London. Our practice provides core accounting and bookkeeping services, company formations and secretarial, trustee and fiduciary services. We also specialise in complex residence and domicile issues, international businesses and employments, cryptocurrency trading and investment, complex investigations and enquiries, business valuations, international businesses, and employments.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Office Manager, Client Liaison and EA to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and executive assistance to the Director such as :

  • Deal with incoming mail and deliveries and coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail and couriers.
  • Maintaining online and paper records.
  • Client onboarding and AML compliance.
  • Liaising with clients.
Skills & Qualifications

Successful candidates who pass probation would undergo STEP administrator training and qualification.

Pay Level

Competitive up to £32,000 dependent on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
