Job description

We're looking for an Office Manager to join our Construction team, based at our Chiswell Street Office in our London and Thames Valley region.

Location: Chiswell Street London (EC1Y), on site.

Hours: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Offer guidance and assistance to the administration team, while implementing and maintaining the general welfare of the office and administrative systems.
  • Liaise with Group IT and order IT equipment for new starters and existing staff.
  • Manage the booking of inductions & new start “first days”, booking in of visitors to site (gate passes/PPE etc).
  • Organise meetings, team events and conferences, and book transportation and accommodation.
  • Prepare/coordinate presentations and reports and KPI's.
Qualifications
  • Have worked within a similar position.
  • Are proactive and can manage time sensitive delivery of diary management for Senior Leaders.
  • Take pride in building strong stakeholder relationships, through clear communication and delivering to expectations.
  • Have excellent IT skills, including with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
  • Can ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and data protection requirements are always followed.
  • Will be the champion of a positive office culture and model behaviours, aligned with our core values and behaviours.
