Job description

Ready to take charge and keep everything running smoothly is a busy office with a top racing team? We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, handles the unexpected without blinking, and brings a confident, professional presence to the core of our business.

This role sits at the centre of the action — you'll be the go‑to for all things office‑related while also keeping our team's travel plans smooth, cost‑effective, and hassle‑free. If you're proactive, detail‑driven, and have a natural knack for keeping chaos in check, you'll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Office Coordination
    • Keep the office running seamlessly, creating a friendly, efficient, and professional environment.
    • Be the central point of contact for facilities, maintenance, suppliers, and general office queries.
    • Manage stationery, equipment, office supplies, and ensure meeting rooms are always guest‑ready.
    • Welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
    • Coordinate with building management, contractors, and external suppliers.
    • Handle incoming/outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
    • Own fire safety processes and ensure first aid supplies, signage, and emergency equipment are fully compliant.
  • Travel Coordination
    • Arrange travel across the business — flights, trains, hotels, and everything in between.
    • Negotiate rates with travel providers to get the best value.
    • Support with visas and travel documentation when required.
What You’ll Bring
  • Solid office experience.
  • First‑rate organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Experience managing suppliers and budgets.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Bonus: experience booking travel and building itineraries.
What’s in It for You
  • Competitive salary
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Pension scheme
