OfficeAdmin Assistant

Note that this role will involve carrying packaged resources to and from the post office, so you must be willing and able to do this.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and fulfilling training and resource orders to ensure timely delivery for scheduled sessions, supporting the organisation's core mission of improving children's learning experiences.
  • Packing and dispatching resources, managing stock levels and maintaining accurate records to optimise the training logistics and minimise delays.
  • Supporting the training team with administrative tasks such as updating databases, managing CRM platforms, and maintaining web content to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Assisting with data entry and reporting to track outcomes and support continuous improvement aligned with the organisation's values of transparency and quality.
  • Carrying packaged resources to and from the post office, which involves using a vehicle, so a full driving licence is essential.
  • Supporting general office administration to contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes shared goals and continuous learning.
