Arjo seeks a Technical Support & OEM Coordination Specialist in Gloucester to enhance technical support and coordinate OEM partnerships across the UK. You will collaborate with service teams, insurers, and customers to maximise uptime and ensure quality customer experiences.

The role demands strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, team-oriented approach to support field engineers and drive service performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for OEM products across the UK Service business.
• Act as the main point of contact between Arjo and OEM partners.
• Coordinate and manage OEM support requests, repairs, and technical activities.
• Support the UK Service operation in maintaining service performance and revenue objectives.
• Complete customer insurance reports and technical assessments.
• Liaise with customers, insurers, and third-party organisations regarding equipment-related claims.
• Ensure accurate technical information and supporting documentation are provided to stakeholders.
• Support field engineers and service teams with technical advice and problem resolution.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs, customers, and internal departments to ensure service delivery.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues as required.
