Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Technical Support & OEM Coordination Specialist to ensure effective technical support and seamless coordination between Arjo, OEM partners, customers, and service teams across the UK.

You will help maximise equipment uptime, resolve issues, support service performance targets and deliver high-quality customer experiences through collaborative problem solving and accurate technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for OEM products across the UK Service business.
• Act as the main point of contact between Arjo and OEM partners.
• Coordinate and manage OEM support requests, repairs, and technical activities.
• Support the UK Service operation in maintaining service performance and revenue objectives.
• Complete customer insurance reports and technical assessments.
• Liaise with customers, insurers and third parties on equipment-related claims.
• Ensure accurate technical information and documentation for stakeholders.
• Support field engineers and service teams with technical advice and problem resolution.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs, customers and internal departments for service delivery.
