Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Desborough is seeking an Operations & Aftersales Coordinator to act as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, third-party suppliers, and mobile engineers. You will set up and maintain vehicle build folders, track progress through production, IVA inspections, and final handover, and log service requests while coordinating engineer travel when needed.

Experience in administrative roles within manufacturing or engineering settings.

Responsibilities

Act as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, third-party suppliers, and mobile workshop engineers.
Set up and maintain vehicle build folders, tracking progress through production, IVA inspections, and final handover.
Log incoming service requests, coordinate mobile engineers, and arrange travel logistics (hotels, transport) as required.
Handle general operational administration, including inputting engineer timesheets, updating CRM/Excel records, and issuing customer invoices.
Deal with live queries and breakdown requests, keeping customers updated and problem-solving alongside the Service Manager.
