Job summary

Owen Daniels in Gloucester is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join a leading UK engineering and services group. This permanent role supports customers through the warranty process, coordinating engineers and suppliers to deliver timely resolution.

You will manage claims from notification to close-out, keep documentation up-to-date, and work with Technical, Quality and Sales teams to resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service, engineering or technical environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for customers throughout the warranty process.
• Manage warranty claims from notification to close-out.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and parts for visits.
• Monitor outstanding claims and keep systems updated.
• Work with Technical, Quality, Product, Sales and Engineering to resolve issues.
