Job summary

Takkt AG in Gloucester seeks an experienced Installations & Service Administrator to manage end-to-end installation and service processes. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Installers and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to completion and aftercare.

You will handle enquiries, schedule visits, resolve issues, maintain records and support invoicing while identifying efficiency improvements and upselling opportunities where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, service administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Clear communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Awareness of how service delivery affects retention and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries, installations and aftercare requests via phone and email.
• Coordinate installation schedules and service visits for effective planning.
• Be the main contact for service-related issues, delays and escalations.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth projects.
• Maintain accurate service records and workflow data.
• Monitor performance, SLA compliance and invoicing processes.
