Aufgaben

• Coordinate small works and service jobs from start to finish.
• Organise labour, materials, and engineer schedules.
• Liaise with engineers regarding technical/product requirements.
• Manage stock levels and materials held onsite.
• Support service desk activity including calls and emails.
• Order materials and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal systems, job records, and operational paperwork.
• Assist with resolving operational and technical queries.
