A regional public sector organization in Midsomer Norton is seeking a Team Manager to lead a team of Occupational Therapists. This role focuses on fostering independence and wellbeing in the community while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Ideal candidates will possess substantial experience in Adult Social Care and strong leadership skills, ready to inspire innovative practices in a supportive environment.
As Team Manager, you will lead and support a dynamic team of Occupational Therapists and OT Assistants delivering person-centred, strength-based interventions. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, promote independence, and support wellbeing through innovative and responsive practice.
You are an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with substantial post-qualification experience in Adult Social Care and have advanced knowledge of minor and major adaptations(DFGs), specialist equipment, and Adult Social Care legislation.
