Overview

We are seeking an innovative Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Avon Park School in Rugby, Warwickshire. The role focuses on supporting children with complex needs as part of a committed multi-disciplinary clinical team. This is a full-time position based in a school setting with facilities to support both staff and students.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create bespoke intervention plans to support young people with complex needs
  • Collaborate with school and residential staff to ensure a holistic approach to each young person’s education and care
  • Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and consultations to enhance the educational and therapeutic environment
  • Support the creation of therapeutic living and learning spaces based on clinical assessment and formulation
  • Engage with colleagues to formulate and implement interventions tailored to individual needs
Qualifications
  • A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
