Job Title: Occupational Therapist Joint Community Rehabilitation

Location: Bexhill Hastings and Rother

Pay Rate: £32 per hour

Contract Type: Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Bexhill Joint Community Rehabilitation (JCR) Team in East Sussex. This is a community-based role focused on supporting adults to regain independence, reduce reliance on care packages, and promote wellbeing. You will be working across Bexhill Hastings and Rother delivering assessments and interventions that make a direct impact on peoples lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conductcommunity-based assessmentsto support independence and reduce care needs
  • Deliver interventions and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual goals
  • Collaborate with health and social care colleagues to ensure coordinated support
  • Maintain accurate records in line with professional and statutory requirements
  • Provide face-to-face visits each week as part of case management
Requirements
  • HCPC Registrationand relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications
  • Experience in community-based roles ideally within Adult Social Care
  • Strong communication organisational and assessment skills
  • Ability to travel across Bexhill Hastings and Rother as required
