A large renewable energy company is seeking an Occupational Hygienist to manage and mitigate occupational hygiene risks across its businesses. Responsibilities include delivering health prevention programs and influencing industry practices. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field, be a Chartered BOHS member, and possess strong communication skills. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,500 plus benefits, including annual leave and health coverage.

The Occupational Hygienist will be responsible for delivering a strong industrial health prevention programme through identifying and managing all occupational hygiene hazards and risks across each Business (Renewables, Networks & Retail). This will ensure that each Business has been given the correct information and advice to mitigate and control those risks, remaining legally compliant against all industrial health-based legislation. By working closely with the Director for Occupational Health, Hygiene and Wellbeing, the Occupational Hygiene Manager will provide the basis for a complete and holistic health and wellbeing programme based upon scientific data, industry knowledge and experience.
