  • Deliver clear and high‑quality medical reporting.

Overview

Heales Medical is growing and we are looking for motivated physicians to join our Occupational Health team. We work with a wide range of public and private organisations including NHS trusts, local authorities, national companies and specialist industries, delivering high‑quality evidence‑based clinical services.

We are very open to flexible working, including part‑time hours, ad‑hoc / sessional work and tailored working patterns around your availability. If flexibility matters to you we are happy to have an informal conversation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Fitness‑for‑work and pre‑placement assessments
  • Health surveillance and statutory medicals
  • Complex case management & return‑to‑work advice
  • Clinical support to our wider OH team
  • Workplace assessments & evidence‑based recommendations
  • Clear high‑quality medical reporting
What you’ll bring
  • GMC registration (MFOM/FFOM/AFOM/DOccMed ideal but not essential)
  • Experience or a strong interest in occupational health
  • Confident clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of UK OH legislation and best practice
  • A collaborative patient‑centred approach
