A leading private hospital in the UK is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their People team. The role involves developing and implementing an occupational health strategy, providing comprehensive health services, and supporting health initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Registered General Nurse with significant experience in occupational health and excellent communication skills, contributing to a diverse and supportive workplace.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our People team. This role is based at our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ). We offer a competitive salary of up to £58,790 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Occupational Health services focus on managing worker health and supporting employers in meeting their legal responsibilities, such as creating healthy workplaces, preventing work-related ill health, providing health surveillance, and making work adjustments for individuals with health issues or disabilities.
The successful candidate will help develop and implement the OH strategy to ensure the delivery of a responsive, commercially focused service aligned with our vision, mission, and values.
