Location: Aberdeen (in-house, team-based role)

Type: Permanent, full-time

Reporting Line: OH & IH Manager

Scope: Full OH remit including health surveillance (lung function, HAVS, audiometry, skin checks, D&A), fitness for work assessments, risk assessments, health promotion, absence management, and wellbeing initiatives

Package: £45,000+ with potential benefits on offer

Start Date: ASAP (flexible for notice periods)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver full Occupational Health services including health surveillance and fitness for work assessments.
  • Conduct risk assessments and participate in health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support absence management and contribute to a proactive wellbeing culture.
  • Collaborate within the in-house OH team and report to the OH & IH Manager.
