Job summary

JCO Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a well-established home in Thetford area. The role does not require nurse qualification, but strong leadership in elderly care, quality and compliance are essential.

Salary £60,000-£70,000 DOE / Negotiable, with a supportive leadership team and clear opportunities to contribute to future growth as the organisation expands.

Qualifications

We're looking for a strong, engaging Home Manager who can provide visible leadership, maintain high standards of care and continue to drive the home forward.

You do not need to be nurse-qualified. What's most important is your experience of successfully leading within an elderly nursing environment, together with a strong understanding of quality, compliance, occupancy and team development.
