JCO Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a well-established home in Thetford area. The role does not require nurse qualification, but strong leadership in elderly care, quality and compliance are essential.

Salary £60,000-£70,000 DOE / Negotiable, with a supportive leadership team and clear opportunities to contribute to future growth as the organisation expands.

Qualifications

• Experienced Home Manager within an elderly care nursing environment
• Strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory requirements
• Commercially aware with an understanding of occupancy and budgets
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Confident, supportive and visible leadership style
• Nurse qualification welcomed, but not essential
