PSR Solutions are recruiting an experienced Home Manager for a top-notch care home near Griston, Norfolk. You will lead daily operations, ensuring person-centred nursing care and a welcoming environment for residents.

In this role you will drive occupancy, maintain CQC compliance, and achieve financial targets under the guidance of the Operations Manager. A relocation package and a strong bonus scheme are available to the right candidate.

Home Manager

Location: Griston, Thetford, Norfolk

Salary: £65,000 per Annum + Bonus & PRP + Relocation Package

Our client is seeking an experienced leader, who is ready to embrace an exciting new challenge in a rewarding environment.

Role

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring it delivers the highest standards of person-centred nursing care. You will lead a dedicated team to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for residents.

You will play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving financial targets. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll have the autonomy and support to make a real impact on residents' lives and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
