ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Care Home Manager for a well-established 31-bed dementia and mental health service in Thetford. Lead day-to-day operations, ensure person-centred care, and maintain high CQC standards.

You will manage a dedicated staff team, oversee budgets and occupancy, and build strong relationships with residents and families. The role offers autonomy and opportunities for career progression within a supportive provider.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience supporting residents with Dementia and/or Mental Health needs.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willingness to work towards.

Role: Care Home Manager

Location: Thetford, Norfolk

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE

We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established 31-bed Dementia and Mental Health service in Thetford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive provider and take ownership of a home with a Good CQC rating, driving quality, compliance, and outstanding care outcomes.
