JCO Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 52-bed nursing home for older people in Romford. You will oversee operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and drive regulatory compliance while managing budgets and occupancy.

As a senior leader, you will develop a multidisciplinary team, uphold standards, and influence service development within a values-driven care group. A Level 5 Leadership qualification is preferred.

Formación

• Experienced Home Manager within a nursing home environment.
• Proven track record of leading CQC-regulated services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent.
• Nursing qualification not essential; previous management experience required.

JCO Healthcare is supporting a respected, values-led care provider in the search for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established good rated 52-bed nursing home for older people in Romford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven nursing home leader to take responsibility for an established service with a strong reputation, while playing a key role within a growing care organisation.

The Opportunity

As Home Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the operational performance, quality, compliance, occupancy, and financial management of the service.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care whilst maintaining excellent regulatory standards.

Please note: A nursing qualification is not essential; however, previous nursing home management experience is required.
