Jupiter Recruitment in Thetford area is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a nursing home and ensure outstanding care levels. You will manage staff, budgets, and resources, work with Clinical Lead and senior teams, and drive continuous quality improvement to meet regulatory standards. A strong track record in CQC compliance and commercial care home operation is essential. 40-hour week, 9am–5pm.

Salary £65,000 per annum plus benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a nursing/residential home
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and outcomes
• Proven ability to develop and implement care service improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and resources to provide dignified and fulfilling resident care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Lead and teams to meet high care standards and regulators.
• Lead the home's vision and drive continuous improvement toward outstanding.
• Liaise with residents, families, professionals and multi-disciplinary teams.
