A welcoming and well-established nursing home in Norwich is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursing Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in providing exceptional care and clinical leadership.

The Role:

As Nursing Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with CQC standards and best practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures.
