Job summary

Flow Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of an allocated room, maintaining the highest standards of care, learning, and development. You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, EYFS knowledge, and strong leadership are essential, with ongoing professional training and a pension scheme on offer.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
