Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for one of our clients' nurseries in the UK. You will lead the day-to-day operations of your allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development for every child.

You will mentor colleagues, support a warm, nurturing environment and drive safeguarding and continuous improvement to support positive outcomes for children in their early years. The role offers career progression and training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of allocated nursery room.
• Mentor colleagues and provide supportive supervision.
• Ensure high standards of care, learning and development.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive environment for all children.

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
