Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd on behalf of our client is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to drive high standards of care, learning and development in your allocated room, ensuring safety and a nurturing environment for every child.

You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and work within a warm, supportive team to help children thrive, with strong commitment to safeguarding and EYFS principles and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Leadership, safeguarding and welfare responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the allocated room while maintaining high standards of care and development.
• Lead by example, mentor colleagues and create a nurturing environment for children to thrive.

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
